London Fashion Week 14 went with a bang this week with hordes of fashionistas rocking their street style at Somerset House and throughout the capital city. The rain failed to dampen spirits with stylists, buyers and fashionistas embracing SS14's biggest trends. We spotted everything from flambouyant hats to bright pompom shoes flitting through the crowds but it was the denim trends and personal styling that the Donna Ida girls were chasing through the cobbled streets. Below is our edit of the hottest denim street style spotted at London Fashion Week 14.
Pastels hues and sherbet shades were a hot trend at LFW, especially worn in structured coats. Fashion and Beauty Editor Lisa Haynes looks fresh, cool and polished wearing a long pastel blue structured oversized jacket. Teaming her statement trend piece with a grey tee, distressed rolled up boyfriend jeans and statement jewellery she creates a sleek simplistic and on-trend outfit finished off with eye-catching patterned sandals.
Blogger Anouk teamed her pastel blue mohair striped coat with a plain white tee and the current hot denim trend of stone washed, distressed, ripped skinnies, three jeans trends in one. Copy her look with Current/Elliott Ankle Destroyed Skinny Jeans, Splendid round neck white t-shirt and Joie Mardona navy jacket.
Stylist Caroline Sciamma sported a boy-meets-girl trend mixing an androgynous masculine printed trouser look teamed with a high-necked white pussy bow blouse with contrasting navy bow and matching structured detailed printed blazer. This look nails the high fashion androgynous trend with a classic, cool and super sexy way to work monochrome.
Stylist Laura Fantacci is photo-ready with her mid-blue boyfriend jeans with extreme turn-ups teamed with a slate grey cashmere jumper and jewelled trench. Finish off with a pom pom beanie, Celine structured bag, A list shades and leopard pointed courts.
Black is always in style, just update your cashmere jumper and skinny jeans combination with added knee rips, chunky ankle boots and finish off with a monochrome statement scarf and oversize clutch. Tres chic.

Layer your pastels like Alice Tate, Assistant Editor at Mod Mods. Baby blue boyfriend jeans, mint blue knits and a soft check coat. Accessorise with a dash of clashing colour.
Boyfriend jeans plus a light wash multiplied by an unfinished hem is fashion maths. Add a chunky polo neck jumper, vintage shoes and a structured biker leather jacket like Husk Magazine's Elle Korhaliller.
Brazilian model Barbara Cavazotti arrives at Somerset House rocking her off-duty look. Black skinnies, black classic shirt, black leather jacket and finished with a chunky electric blue knit.
