Chicken is one of my favourite proteins as is is so tasty once it has been roasted and seasoned properly. Here’s a really lean, tasty and healthy dish using simple ingredients.
Donna's Chopped Chicken with Dill & Chives
Ingredients:
110g cooked chicken
120g of salad / vegetables including:
Gem LettuceCherry Tomatoes
Spring Onion
Mushrooms
Celery
Dill
Celery
Dill
Chives
Salt
Olivie Oil
Method:
Chop or shred your cooked chicken
Finely chop rest of ingredients
Method:
Chop or shred your cooked chicken
Finely chop rest of ingredients
Add salt and olive oil
Serving:
Toss and serve in a bowl
