Chicken stock is the base of so many of my recipes. It is SO good if you’re following Petronella Ravenshear’s The Human Being Diet plan. It has so many benefits as it has high vitamin and mineral content.
Here’s how I make it.
Donna’s Chicken Stock Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken carcass
Juices from roasting tin
Old veg and leftovers
Step by step:
Add the chicken carcass and ALL the juices from the roasting tins (use a spatula to get it ALL out)
Add any old veg like onion, cooked left over potatoes, celery and so on
Put them in a large pan, fill with water and bring to the boil
Let it simmer for 2-3 hours

Strain the chicken to remove the large parts
Do a second strain with a tea strainer to make sure it is super clean
