This is a super yummy Feta and Mint Dip which is fresh and tasty for lunch. It is super easy, here’s how to do it.
This is a great dish if you’ve got guests coming over so this serves quite a few people.

Ingredients:
Whole pack of Greek feta cheese
Mint
Lemon
Method:
Break up Greek feta cheese, sprigs of mint and squeeze of lemon
Use a hand blender to mix until smooth
