This is a super sweet and tasty dish which is really simple to make.
Donna's Pineapple Carpaccio and Mint
Ingredients:
1 Pineapple
Mint
Method:
Top and tail the pineapple and then slice off the rest of the skin
Finely slice the pineapple and arrange on a plate
Finely chop a bunch of mint leaves
Serving:
Sprinkle mint over the pineapple
